Your Curly Hair Artist.

Hey, I’m Cassidy.

It all started when I experienced my first curly cut.

After changing my major in college numerous times, I enrolled in hair school at the Aveda Institute Denver. I was intrigued by their holistic practices, natural ingredients and the creativity of doing hair. While in school, I sought out a curly salon and received my first curly cut. That day, I asked the salon owner for a position assisting him, and I turned my focus towards understanding naturally curly and wavy hair. I was amazed at how artistic dry cutting curly hair was, and I knew that becoming a curl specialist was best fit for me.

Since graduating, I completed an apprentice program and worked as a Curly Hair Artist in Boulder. In Spring 2024, I opened Mountain Curls Studio in Fort Collins.

Outside of the salon, you can find me in the mountains—whether I am on the Arkansas River, camping with friends, at a bluegrass show, or skiing during the winter. I do my best to enjoy the Mountain in Mountain Curls.
