New Guest Curly Experience is for clients who have not received a curly cut at Mountain Curls Studio, or with Cassidy. This service includes a haircut. preparation discussion to start, dry curly cut, detox treatment, wash & curly style, as well as styling coaching.

Returning Guest Curly Haircut

Returning Guest Curly Haircut is for clients who have received a curly cut at Mountain Curls Studio, or with Cassidy.

Returning Guest Dry Curly Cut

Returning Guest Curly Haircut is for clients who have received a full service curly cut at Mountain Curls Studio, or with Cassidy. This is the best option if the client would like a curly haircut without a wash & curly style. Your hair will be cut dry and refreshed if necessary.

Bang Trim

Bang Trim services are for guests who have received a curly cut at Mountain Curls Studio, or with Cassidy, and are wanting to touch up the bangs or face-framing layers.

FAQs

  • Please arrive for any of your Curly Services with your hair recently washed, styled curly, worn down and completely dry. This is so I can assess your hair in its normal state and perform curly services custom for your hair’s natural curl pattern and texture.

  • At this time, Mountain Curls is operating on a month-to-month scheduling system. On the 1st of each month, the next month’s books will open online to returning guests. On the 10th of each month, the next month’s books will open online to new guests, as well. I put this system in place to prioritize returning guests, manage my schedule and to prevent it from booking out several months.

  • You are considered a New Guest if you have not received a New Guest Curly Haircut at Mountain Curls Studio or with Cassidy. If you visited Cassidy before in Boulder, you will be considered a Returning Guest.

  • Yes. New Guest Curly Experience services will be available to book online on the 10th of the month until the end of the month. Due to the high demand of new clients, I am opening my books to new clients in the middle of the month to prioritize returning guest bookings and limit the number of new guests coming into Mountain Curls.

  • Cancelation Policy: To ensure optimal service and availability for all clients, I kindly request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations and reschedules. If a cancellation/reschedule is made with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate every client.

    No-Show Policy: We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts our team and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, you will be considered a no-show. We will charge the full amount of the scheduled services to your account 20 minutes past your scheduled start time. We recommend that you contact us in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.

    Deposits: All New Guest services require a 50% deposit prior to booking. The deposit is non-refundable.

  • Yes. In most instances, Mountain Curls Studio will use dry cutting techniques when cutting wavy and curly hair types.
